These Terms of Service explain what you can expect from BatchVideo.ai and what we expect from you. The product is maintained by a small independent team. By using the product you agree to the policies below.

By accessing or using BatchVideo.ai you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the product.
Service eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you represent an organization, you affirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Accounts and authentication
You may use the product anonymously or sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Usage limits and fair use
We provide daily limits to keep the service fast for everyone. You agree not to circumvent rate limits, resell access, or automate traffic without permission.
Paid plans and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. A free tier is always available so you can evaluate the product before paying. You may cancel at any time and the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Paid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or if we confirm a duplicate charge or service issue on our side.
User Content and Intellectual Property Responsibility
You retain full ownership of the prompts and generated video content you process through our service ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit Your Content to the service and for it to be processed.
BatchVideo.ai is a tool for personal and professional use. You agree not to use the service to generate any content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, or violates any laws.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of processing and using it. We do not review or endorse Your Content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we receive a valid notice of intellectual property infringement (e.g., a DMCA takedown notice) related to Your Content.
Availability and maintenance
We strive to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may limit access.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update features or policies at any time. When significant changes are made we will notify you via the product or email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
